The image is probably a commentry of the following passage from the manuscript:

"O vous qui ce livre lisez
Pensez bien a ceste adventure
En ce beau mirouer vous mirez
Car ce trespas vous passerez
Beaulté deviendra pourriture
La mort guerroye de nature
A charger & mener affin
Son ennemy & son affin"
